Engineering drawings are prepared with the latest AUTOCAD and EPLAN software. Sales department reviews the drawings along with engineers before accepting the order. On acceptance of the order the sales manager assigns a customer sales order number and order acknowledgement is forwarded to the customer. The order is then forwarded to the production department for work order generation & planning production..top
Assembled products are subjected to visual inspection, adherence to customer requirements, design standards & drawings. Standard check list are made available to the inspectors for verifying each aspect on approval of the quality controller, the assemblies are sent for packing which is standardized.

The production team comprises a supervisor and a group of team leaders under whom a batch of trained and well experienced technicians put their combined efforts to bring out the best in quality products of various L.V switchgear panels and control panels etc. In all above three levels their work-in-progress is documented through auto-control sheets. The factory is completely equipped with manual bending machines, hydraulic bending machines for bus bar shaping, punching machines for drilling, shearing and bending machines, free standing drilling machines for fabrication, besides miscellaneous equipments such as drilling machines, saw cutters, heat gun for basic operations. This machinery and equipments are carefully controlled on periodical basis so as to ensure a consistency in the performed operation's (corrective and preventive actions are recorded).
Critical assembly tasks are subject to a thorough checking of the hand-equipment. Crimping, cutting, stripping tools as well as torque wrenches are internally verified with logged results for traceability purposes and certification is done by certified laboratories in addition to internal calibration As a part of the every day schedule, production, material, co-ordination and design people meets to discuss the progress of jobs and planning for new ones.
